Tuesday..
I cooked a simple dinner for today... Ikan Bilis (anchovies) Sambal and serve it with Chappati.



Ikan Bilis (anchovies) Sambal
Hand full of ikan bilis(
anchovies)
1 onion

1 Potato

1 Tomato

2-3 curry leaves

1 tsp garlic & ginger paste

2 tbsp chili powder/ 3 tbsp chili paste

Salt to taste

Water


-cut the onion, potato, tomato and curry leaves. keep a side.

-fry the ikan bilis(
anchovies). crush it and keep a side
-saute the onion,garlic & ginger paste. Add in the potato,tomato and curry leaves.

-after 1 min, add in the chili powder/chili paste. Mix well.

-add in the water for the potato to cook.

-once the potato is cooked and the gravy has thicken, add in the crushed ikan bilis(anchovies).
-mix well. Add salt and mix well again for 1min.

-Turn of the heat.
-
Ikan Bilis (anchovies) Sambal is ready to be served.




Chappati
1 packet of Kawanku Chappati

-follow the instructions on the packet

-Chappati is ready to be served.
