Did Aloo Gobi with Prawn curry to eat with white rice and fried egg. Aloo means potato and Gobi means cauliflower.


Aloo Gobi with Prawn curry
100gm Cauliflower
100gm Potato
100gm Prawn (remove the head & clean it)
1 big Red Onion
1 big tomato
2 garlic -chopped
1tsp garam masala
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
2-3tbsp Meat curry powder
1 spring curry leaves
1tsp cumin
1tsp coriander
1 cup water
salt
oil
-Cut the cauliflower and potato. Keep aside
-Slice the onion and tomato. Keep a side.
-Grind the cumin and coriander in to a powder. keep a side.
-Heat a pan. Add oil and fry the cauliflower.
-After 1 min, add in the onion, garlic, tomato,potato,cinnamon stick,ground cumin and coriander. Mix well.
-After 2 min, add in the curry powder, garam masala, and the curry leaves. Mix well.
-Add in the water and let the potato to cook. Once the potato is cooked, add in the salt.
-Mix well. Once the gravy have thicken, remove from heat.
-Serve with rice or chapatti.
